This is a connection joint for GFP's DISS. It has a proven track record of adoption by major semiconductor manufacturers and specialty gas manufacturers. The gas connection part uses reliable VIM VAR material (for SUS specifications). The standard is that the inner surface is treated with EP processing. The roughness is SUS specifications with Ra 0.25um or less.
